Warranty ,Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty

The product comes with a one-year warranty. If the product is damaged due to non-human causes, we provide free replacement parts. If the parts are in stock in Germany, they will be shipped from Germany. If it is the control box or the main unit of the  rail that is damaged, the parts will be shipped from China. During the warranty period, customers do not need to pay for shipping costs for repairs or replacements. After one year, if there are any issues, we will only charge for the necessary parts or service costs, which may vary depending on the parts.

 

Refund and return policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging. The barcode on the outer packaging must be intact. When we receive a return request, we will require you to provide a photo showing the barcode is undamaged, as shown in the example.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be approved:

The device shows clear signs of human damage

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Generally, this will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the return. If the outer packaging and accessories are intact, the maximum refund rate is 100%, excluding the shipping cost from the warehouse. If any parts of the product are missing or damaged, the refund rate will be less than 100%.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the payment will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time required for refunds to be posted.

Please note that this address cannot accept returns in person and only accepts returns through express delivery.

Please be sure to confirm the details with us before sending, and provide a tracking number after it has been sent. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
